IGP OC ROSE 2014 Appellation: Pays d’Oc IGP Geographical localization: Languedoc Soil: Argilo-calcareous Alc. : 12 % Winemaking: The Red Grenache Rouge et the Cinsault have been collected at night and vinified at low temperature in order to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. Tasting notes: The Grenache provides body and roundness while the Cinsault adds red fruit notes. This rosé has a frank and fresh end of mouth.
Accompaniement: To be drink alone as appetizer or with fish or dishes composed with chicken.
